He started his pastoral journey in October of 2001 as the pastor of Tabernacle M.B. church in Chicago.  After 6 years at Tabernacle and much prayer, he believed God wanted him to go in a different direction.  As a result, he resigned from the pastorate of Tabernacle M.B. church in August 2007.  He left Tabernacle unsure of what he would do next and was certain that he would never organize a church.  However, he quickly learned that oftentimes our no is God’s yes!
